Cancellations

Please give us 24 hours' notice so someone else can have the time. If something comes up, call us and we find another day.

Clean needles

Every needle is sterile, single-use and discarded in a sharps container after one patient. The table gets fresh linen and a wipe-down between visits.

Access

The entrance is step-free, and the table lowers. Tell us what would make a visit easier and we plan around it.

A calm room

We keep the room free of strong scents. Moxibustion is used only if you ask.

Privacy

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We write to your doctor only if you ask.

Your pace

You can stop a visit at any moment, for any reason, and we never ask you to explain.
